ennovation Ltd has formed a strategic partnership with the University of Derby. The partnership will see ennovation working closely with the recently launched Centre for Entrepreneurial Management, together with the RED office at the University, on a number of exciting new initiatives and programmes. Alongside it's teaching activities, the University of Derby specialises in the bridging of academic skills and know-how into the business environment. The intention is to combine ennovation's practical experience and software base with a range of best practice expertise from the Universities various faculties, to identify and deliver innovative new services and solutions targeted to specific markets encompassing both SME and larger organisations in public and private sectors.

The first of a series of programmes initiated through the partnership addressing e-Procurement and SME ebusiness services will also engage with expertise from the Universities Centre of Excellence for the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and the IT school's ebusiness initiatives.

The Centre for Entrepreneurial Management has been created to stimulate the ‘entrepreneurial spirit’ within individuals and organisations, facilitating the process whereby opportunities are transformed into reality.
