Where the complaint cannot be resolved immediately, you will be provided with a written acknowledgement that details the name of the contact officer, a phone number, e-mail address, and date by which you can expect to receive a full response. Where a full response cannot be provided for whatever reason, you will be sent an interim response informing you of current progress. We regularly check this system to ensure that it works and is continually
improving; any comments regarding our website or service are greatly appreciated.
