  Pitman’s provides a comprehensive range of self paced training allowing individual skills acquisition or comprehensive career development diploma’s. The training is delivered through a network of independent training centres providing national and international coverage. Centrally PTG needed to improve support for this distributed business network to increase effectiveness, streamline key processes and ultimately to increase the visibility of their market, to improve central sales and marketing support.
     
   
     
Solution:
  ennovation have developed for Pitman Training a web based interface to allow them to manage their franchise establishments, training material and marketing expenditure. Through the innovative use of a clear and uncluttered user interface, the system accesses a powerful database structure to enable the smooth management of day-to-day franchise operations:- from taking messages, arranging interviews and appointments to creating a personalised training plan tailored to a student's unique requirements.

Workspace provides a powerful, yet easy to use application, built using a tried and tested modular application model, to allow for rapid and customer oriented development.

Pitman training also uses information management for detailed on-line product and operational support to clients.
